Global Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a creative digital marketing enthusiast that’s social media savvy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective branding, advertising, content and marketing strategies for current and potential clients.
  • Produce effective market and product research to create marketing proposals.
  • Analyze and measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns, adjusting tactics as needed.
  • Manage and monitor social media presence for current clients, adjusting strategy as needed.
  • Monitor trends in social media and lifestyle/pop culture and suite apply that knowledge to create appealing copy and viral content for projects.
  • Support the Global Marketing Team and other departments with various projects as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • At least 2-3+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Native or strong verbal and written communication skills in American-English preferred
  • Knowledge of leading social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Demonstrated ability to think analytically, solve problems, make decisions and use sound judgement.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a sense of humor
  • Proficient in Photoshop, PowerPoint, Keynote is a plus
  • Knowledge or working within an advertising agency or similar creative environment is a plus
Digital Advertiser / Optimizer (Media Buyer)

We’re looking for an advertiser that’s great with numbers and has an eye for style and design.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop digital advertising strategies for a variety of products and regions through market and product research.
  • Build and manage social media plans and budgets to maintain KPI campaign goals.
  • Apply testing methodologies and analyze data performance for campaign optimization.
  • Create and localize digital creatives for specified products, markets and regions.
  • Communicate with Clients about reports and changes, adjusting strategy as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with digital advertising bid management platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to think analytically, solve problems, make decisions and use sound judgement.
  • Ability to work independently with tight deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.
  • Strong sense in data analyzation and great with numbers.
  • Strong oral and written English; English Level at 6+
  • Overseas experience preferred.
Overseas Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented individual that loves meeting new people and enjoys networking.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and communicate with overseas media partners (Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc.), ensuring all company business needs and development are met.
  • Create and negotiate contract agreements in English, ensuring both parties are fully aware of conditions specified in the agreements.
  • Researching, analyzing, and collecting effective media resources for the company (domestic and international)
  • Manage company’s business development relations, adjusting and improving business processes as needed.
  • Support the Business Development team in other related tasks as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, strategy, or related field

Social Media Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a creative and detailed social media operations specialist that is able to set and execute effective strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop relevant content topics to reach the client’s target customers.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written).
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Manage Client’s social media fan pages (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more).
  • Create and execute social media marketing strategies that include online and offline campaigns, KOL’s, PR, and more.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and manage company’s existing Client relationships and follow-ups with new Client leads.
  • Manage the company’s existing project processes, project budget allocation, and following up with project progresses.
  • Coordinate and interesting between relevant departments various projects to ensure project’s goals are met.
  • Periodic summary of project conditions, reporting materials and travel reports.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Familiar with project management processes and strategies
